About Our Pieces
Some of our jewelry is crafted using 925/930/999 sterling silver—each piece is handmade with exceptional care and artistry. The “raw silver effect” of our designs is a return to the natural white color of silver, achieved through our specialized handcrafting process, without any plating, spray coating, or plastic additives. Each piece reflects the beauty of its craftsmanship, with subtle hand-marked textures like matte grains and small pores. These are not flaws, but rather unique expressions of the artisan’s touch.
About Measurements
As our pieces are handmade, they are measured manually. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, slight variations in measurements are normal. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, and the actual product may slightly differ from the displayed images or measurements. Please purchase with the understanding that some degree of variation is expected.
Care & Maintenance
Silver jewelry naturally oxidizes over time, which is part of its beauty. Any scratches, oxidation, or fading in gold plating are simply signs of wear, and are not considered defects.
We offer “lifetime free cleaning and maintenance” for our esteemed members, with free shipping for the first three cleaning services. Beyond that, customers will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend avoiding contact with chemicals such as sulfur, mercury, and lead. For regular care, gently clean with mild soap or hand wash liquid and a soft brush under water to maintain your piece’s brilliance.

About Customization
Our custom pieces are available exclusively for VANSIN members. Custom orders require advance consultation, and the price for each custom piece is based on the complexity of the craftsmanship, the materials used, and the design specifications. Custom orders typically take 28 days to complete. Please note that once an order is placed and accepted, no cancellations or returns are allowed, except in cases of material defects.
About Silver Purity & Quality
We use S925 sterling silver, S930 sterling silver and 999 pure silver in our creations, ensuring that each piece maintains its premium quality and durability. Over time, silver may naturally oxidize from white to a brighter silver or develop a patina. We do not use chemical coatings, but instead rely on environmentally-friendly anti-oxidation techniques, ensuring the natural luster and organic glow of each piece. If you prefer the oxidized effect, it will continue to add to the unique charm of your jewelry over time.
About Natural Materials
Many of our pieces feature natural materials such as agate, chalcedony, shell, and cow horn. These materials each have unique markings, textures, and colors. As they are natural elements, slight variations are expected, and this is a part of their charm, not a quality issue. Every piece of jewelry is a natural work of art, providing you with a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
